Cancellations:

A refund of monies paid is available on the following basis.

If notice is received: within 24 hours of trek departing – Full Refund.
If weather conditions result in a cancellation – Full refund. If weather looks unsuitable please ring or text 0274333105 to check on your ride.
Full refund if your Cruise Ship decides not to visit Port Chalmers.
On day of trek – 50% Refund
No Show – No Refund
